Dear Parent(s) and Guardian(s),
I would like to invite you to attend the 5th year parent/guardian-teacher meeting, which will take place online via Google Meet on Thursday 17th November. from 16:15 to 18:45. This is an important opportunity for you to discuss your child’s progress with each of their subject teachers.
As this is a rather large group of students, I would respectfully ask, for the benefit of all concerned, that you adhere to the time slot allocated to you. Instructions on how to book a time slot for each subject will be sent out to you later this week.
Please let me know by email if you can not make the PTM so I can inform your child’s teachers.
If you would like to meet with me as your child’s Year Head, I will be available by appointment next week. Please email me to arrange.
