NB Notification / Application Process / Important Dates / Open Evening, 2021.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

This is a notification regarding the Application Process for intending applicants to Malahide Community School for the 2022 – 2023 school year.

A copy of the school’s Admission Policy, and the Annual Admission Notice for the 2022 – 2023 school year, will be available to download from the school’s website (www.malahidecs.ie) on Friday, 24th September, 2021.

These documents, and the Application Form for Admission to First Year (Part 1) for the 2022 – 2023 school year, will be distributed to the sixth class students in the five schools listed in our Admission Policy on Friday, 1st October, 2021. They will also be available on request on that date:

Important Dates:

Please note that the following dates are applicable for admission to First Year for the 2022 – 2023 academic year:

The school will commence accepting applications for admission to First Year on Friday, 1st October, 2021 at 14:00hrs.

The school shall cease accepting applications for admission on Friday, 22nd October, 2021 at 14.00 hrs.

The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is Tuesday, 9th November, 2021.

The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is Tuesday, 23rd November, 2021 at 14.00 hrs.

Open Evening, 2021:

Further information will be available from the Principal’s Virtual Presentation at our Open Evening on Wednesday, 22nd September, 2021, by 18.00hrs, via the school website.
