Dear Parents/Guardians,
We have some very exciting news for you.
Malahide Community School, in conjunction with Malahide Musical Society and a newly formed Theatre Project committee, have embarked on a project to build a new purpose-built Theatre for the school and the local community.
This will provide an amazing resource for the school, providing an auditorium for lectures, performances, rehearsal space, school gatherings, to name but a few.
There will also be a rooftop Eco garden and outdoor auditorium. The project will be officially launched on Saturday 4th June, with a concert in The Grand Hotel, with performances from Whose Eddie and a surprise support act. Your help and support in bringing this to fruition will be greatly appreciated. You can purchase tickets for the launch concert at tickets@malahidetheatre.ie.
Our 3D display, currently being designed by some of our TY students, will be on display on the night and to kickstart our fundraising efforts we will hold a Grand Auction.

We will have a competition with the students in the school, to design the Logo for the project website, with a fantastic prize of €75 One4All voucher for the winner.
