January 16, 2025

Hugh Congratulations to one of our 3rd Year students who was selected from thousands of applications to present his project at the BTYoung Scientist of the Year Exhibition in the RDS last week.

His project in the Health and Wellbeing section was titled: “The best treatment for Pectus Excavatum sucks, but that’s a good thing

This hugely prestigious competition only accepts the very best projects from around the island of Ireland and this student already has another project accepted for the 2026 Exhibition!!

He won a very deserved ‘Display Award‘ for his project and we are so very proud of his achievement.

Thanks also to his Science teacher, Ms. Paredes who supported him during his data collection and analysis.
