We want to congratulate the following students for their recent sporting achievements:
– Ilmur Jonsdottir (1st Year) was crowned Irish Youth Climbing Series Champion for her age group. Ilmur has now qualified for the 4 Nations Invite only Grand Final taking place in Swindon, UK at the end of the month where the best climbers from Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland will go head to head.
We wish her the very best of luck!
– Cameron Geraghty (1st Year) won the 44kg All Ireland Wrestling championships last week.
He was competing against other competitors from Ireland/England/ USA and the Ukraine and came out with gold Medal
– Jake McCormack (6th Year) made his first team debut for Bohemians in the League of Ireland last weekend.
It was a great week for MCS athletes!! Huge congratulations and continued success for them all.
