The Squawk: Student Voices, School News – our new school newspaper
The MCS Squawk 5th Issue has been published!
The MCS Squawk is a newspaper written by the students, for the students, in collaboration with the MCS digital hub. It focuses on current events in the school, students hobbies, and fostering a place for students to be creative. The team at the Squawk is made up of students, guided by teachers, and supported by the school.
Click here to download our fifth issue. This issue’s theme is Love, Death, and Robots, and covers broad topics from Valentine’s day, fiction writing, and philosophical conversation. Some stand-out articles are Aphrodite: Ancient Greeceby Emilia Nicolle, Stripe Young Scientists by Tara Eason, and Robots, Love, and Death: Philomathy and Democracy in the AI Age by our very own Mr Davidson!
