It is with a deep sense of sadness that we wish to inform you of the passing of our long-serving School Caretaker, Pat Hickey, over the weekend. May he Rest in Peace.
We would like to express our deepest condolences to Marie, Dónal, Stephen and Patrick, and to all of the extended Hickey Family and Friends.
Pat joined this school in 1976 and has served as School Caretaker for 47 years, a record by any standard. He was hardworking, conscientious, forward thinking and full of good humour. He was fondly known as ‘Pat the Caretaker’ by the whole school community and he will be sorely missed.

A Book of Condolence will continue to be available in the school for signing by Staff and Students until Friday afternoon.
